Bethany Pearce is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern working towards licensure while serving southwest Florida. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2023. Since then, she has effectively worked with adolescents and adults who wish to alleviate some of the challenging aspects that come with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
Bethany believes in the power of therapy. She hopes to come alongside her clients who struggle with mental health challenges and to equip them with coping skills to make sustainable life changes. While growing up in Naples, Bethany found her love for helping others at a young age and hopes to give back to the mental health community here in southwest Florida.
When Bethany is not working she enjoys traveling, watching movies, and listening to music.
Bryan Espinet graduated from Jacksonville University where he earned his master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). He listens carefully to his patients with the intent to fully understand their current and past struggles. Bryan believes that treatment plans should be a collaborative effort between the clinician and the patient. This fosters a partnership where patients actively participate in their care journey. Bryans’ goal for his patients is to improve how they feel, enabling them to live a more fulfilling and enriched life.
Caroline specializes in treating and resolving trauma including (but not limited to) all types of mental, emotional, physical, sexual, medical, grief, MST, combat, first responder, and attachment traumas like narcissistic abuse, codependency, or abandonment/rejection issues. She is experienced working with first responders and military veterans, including treating MST and combat related traumas.
Caroline is skillful working with trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorders, Codependency, and Narcissistic Abuse. She is well seasoned at helping people break out of codependent behaviors by learning to set and keep healthy boundaries and raise self-esteem. Caroline has worked for years helping those already in recovery from addiction identify to address underlying issues that drive the addictive process, thereby making recovery more manageable.
Caroline uses a direct “get to the root” approach utilizing Eye Movement Integration™ (EMI™), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR). She uses a strength-based approach wherein she believes the client has the inner resources to find their own solutions, whether they believe it or not. Caroline helps clients dig deep to find their sometimes-hidden inner strengths that help them to free themselves.
Caroline Hofmann is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in the field of Co-Occurring Disorders since 2009 who has earned multiple trauma therapy certifications and is certified in Religious Trauma Studies by the Global Center for Religious Research.
Caroline earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hodges University in Fort Myers, FL, her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology at the University of Texas (Austin) and an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Pharmacy at Austin Community College in Texas. She is an experienced trainer and presenter for mental and behavioral health topics (locally, regionally, and nationally), and taught required coursework for aspiring Certified Addiction Professionals in Florida for four years as an Adjunct Professor at Hodges University, Fl. Caroline is also a qualified supervisor in Florida for Registered Mental Health Interns seeking licensure and has been a supervisor and director in clinical settings.
Jessica Mitchell is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern working toward licensure Status. She has been servicing clients and patients at Dura Medical since Jan 2 2024.
Jessica completed her Associate in Science Degree in Human Services at Florida Southwestern University, her Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hodges University; graduating with Honors in May of 2022.
Jessica’s passion for understanding Human Behavior, paired with her passion for the application and integration of alternative treatment methods has helped to pave the way for her educational focus, and a career in the field of Mental Health and Wellness.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Hodges University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in General Psychology from North Central University. With over four years of experience as a master-level clinician and crisis case manager in mobile crisis units, and more than three years as a counselor, I specialize in helping clients navigate a range of challenges, including PTSD and trauma, military veteran support, family members of veterans, level-1 autism spectrum, mood disorders, adolescent struggles, young adult transitions, men’s issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and relational difficulties.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Carl Rogers’ person-centered methodology, emphasizing empowerment and sustainable well-being. My nine years of service in the United States Air Force, with assignments in Japan, Korea, Germany, Turkey, and Afghanistan, have deeply enriched my understanding of cultural diversity. This unique combination of academic knowledge, clinical practice, and global experience enables me to offer thoughtful and effective support, fostering personal growth and resilience in my clients.
From a young age, Liz knew she wanted to be a nurse to serve others and impact their lives. She is originally from Narberth, PA, where she earned her nursing degree at Chester County Hospital School of Nursing. After finishing school, Liz moved to Boston and worked in a long-term care facility for three years. She then returned to PA and switched her emphasis on Labor and Delivery. Liz worked as an L&D travel nurse for the next seven years, leading her to Colorado, Washington, California, Oregon, and New York City.
In 2005, Liz moved to Florida, where she decided to try something new and trained to work in the Operating Room at NCH Healthcare System in Naples. During this time, Liz met her husband, Stephen. In April 2022, they will celebrate their 15th year of marriage. They have three boys, ages 13, 11, and 9.
In 2018 Liz co-founded Dura Medical along with Stephen. Liz will be the enthusiastic voice you hear on the other end of the phone, collecting background histories, completing prior authorization, and assisting with medication refills. When she’s not on the phone, she works alongside her husband, Stephen, to help manage infusions. Liz enjoys spending time with Stephen lounging in the pool or watching their three boys play basketball during her time off.
Liz Durand is a registered nurse who earned her nursing degree at Chester County Hospital School of Nursing, with a work history in Labor and Delivery, and the Operating Room, and most recently, she is proud to add Mental Health to her field of expertise! You most likely will meet her over the phone, collecting background histories, completing prior authorizations, assisting with medication refills, or work alongside her husband, Stephen Durand, during infusions. Liz enjoys spending downtime with her husband by the pool or watching their three boys play basketball during her time off.

Dr. Capiola graduated from Tulane Medical School and UCLA and earned triple board certification in general psychiatry, addiction psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. He has been a practicing psychiatrist for more than 30 years. Dr. Capiola’s experience with patients who are considered treatment resistant prepared him for his role as Medical Director of Dura Medical, whose model includes interventional psychiatry treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Spravato® (nasal esketamine) and Ketamine Infusion Therapy.
